The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile equivalent 5+ years of product management / product development experience within healthcare industry Product or Capability Management experience driving technology‑enabled initiatives Experience working directly with technology delivery teams and Agile methodologies Product‑oriented experience working closely with development and QA teams preferred, with the ability to assess solution approaches and ensure requirements are testable and outcome‑focused Agile Methodology: Experience with Scrum and Agile software development methodologies Solid Healthcare Domain Experience and In-depth knowledge of health care systems High‑level technical understanding of technologies used for development Familiarity with the role of a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) within the healthcare system Familiarity or Working knowledge of tools like Rally, JIRA, Confluence, AHA Candidates with familiarity with RX Claims Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Aha!, Rally) and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Copilot Proven solid expertise translating business requirements into Agile Features and User Stories Proven ability to observe and anticipate user interactions with delivered capabilities Proven ability to accurately represent business needs with internal stakeholders Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication Proven ability to support User Acceptance Testing, including defect triage, validation of fixes, release coordination, and production issue triage during U.S. business hours Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills with senior business partners Proven solid communication skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and experience working with technical teams Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of Meteor, RxCCR, RxCOMET, RxAIM, and similar Optum Rx healthcare platforms At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
