The Learning Product Area is responsible for execution of ANZ’s learning strategy, ownership and management of our enterprise learning platforms, event management, the development of a suite of people capabilities critical to our success, oversight of our learning standards, guidelines and upskill of our global learning community. We are also playing a critical role in delivering on the capability requirements as part of the PACT program.What will your day look like? As an experienced capability professional, the successful candidate will play a key role in: Partnering and consulting across a complex stakeholder network to understand, support and deliver on capability and training needs. Playing a role in ANZ’s federated learning operating model, including empowering our capability community and driving quality, standards, and consistency. Leading the design, adoption, and sustainability of solutions delivered as part of PACT, including managing vendor engagements where required. Helping to shape and guide the development and delivery of evidence-based capability practice. Engagement with senior leaders to drive alignment, reduce duplication of effort, and simplify learning at ANZ. Our team works in an agile way, learning and adapting as we go. What will you bring? While you don’t need to tick every box, to grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring some of the following: Experience in and credibility to work with executive and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver capability initiatives for measurable impact. Strong consulting skills, including the ability to distil diverse insights into actionable, prioritised and commercial plans. Strength in influencing outcomes, while building trusted and deep relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders Strong project and product management skills and the ability to operationalise and run enterprise programs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability for data-driven storytelling to engage and influence key stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development (OD), Learning, Organisational Psychology, or other relevant professions in HR, Business or Human Behaviour. Experience in leading the design, execution and maintenance of capability initiatives in large, complex organisations. Comfort working through ambiguity to solve complex problems. Understanding of vendor management and partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives. A vocal and brave challenger who can back up ideas with data and practical solutions. So why join us?
