ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with dignity and respect, while leading by example and mentoring junior staff. You’ll help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents feel truly at home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
• Assist with medication, mobility, and daily routines
• Lead shifts and support care planning and documentation
