Position: Senior Care Assistant
Salary: £13.54/ hour
Shift Pattern: Fulltime Nights
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne OL7
Job Purpose
To provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met while supporting and supervising junior care staff.
Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a care setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Education: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic IT for record-keeping.
• Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

  Expected hours: 36 per week
