ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll help create a warm, caring atmosphere and take responsibility for supporting residents’ wellbeing, supervising junior staff, and coordinating activities that promote motivation, engagement, and enjoyment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering and overseeing exceptional care tailored to individual needs
• Supervising and supporting care staff, ensuring best practices are followed
• Promoting resident wellbeing through meaningful activities and companionship
• Maintaining accurate care records and supporting care plan reviews
• Contributing to a positive team environment and strong communication
• Administration of Medication
