Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a care home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly residents, creating care plans, and supervising junior staff.

Duties

• Delivering person-centred care to residents in line with their care plans
• Supervising and supporting care staff members
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Utilising IT systems for record-keeping and reporting

• Driving resident well-being and ensuring a safe environment

  Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior care is essential

• Ability to create and implement effective care plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with residents
• Leadership qualities to supervise and guide junior staff members
