OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the senior care sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents while fostering a supportive and efficient working environment for staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our seniors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Familiarity with developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation effectively.
