We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the senior care sector. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
  • Familiarity with developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation effectively.
