As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in a care home setting. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of our senior residents. QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration to residents, ordering medications as required and auditing throughout the month.
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Supervise junior staff and provide guidance to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to promote a collaborative care environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents’ progress and any changes in their condition.
  • Assist residents to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
