OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, with experience in supervising staff and developing care plans. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a senior care role is essential, preferably within a care home setting.
• Supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with residents compassionately.
• Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting residents when necessary.
