SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents and team members.
• Experience in senior care is essential, with a compassionate approach towards elderly individuals.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting residents when necessary.
• Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care documentation and reporting is advantageous.

• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and any changes in condition.
