We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Newport!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience as a Senior Care Assistant.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and supporting others.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Lead and support a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents.
• Assist with personal care, medication management, and daily living tasks.
• Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents at all times.
• Help with the training and development of junior staff.
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all residents.
• Work closely with the care manager and other team members to ensure care plans are followed.
