We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier services in purpose-built, high-quality care homes that are CQC highly rated. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant at Beaumont House in Hucknall Nottingham. This 79-bed Registered Care Home offers residential, nursing, dementia care, and short-term care services.
Duties:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of older individuals residing in our state-of-the-art care facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Supervising and leading a team of care assistants
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Utilizing IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Providing compassionate senior care with a focus on individual needs
- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the care home
Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
- Strong leadership abilities to drive team performance
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues
- Experience in supervising staff members effectively
