We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in a care home setting and possess strong leadership skills to supervise and support junior staff. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in senior care or a similar role within a care home setting is essential.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress using IT systems.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.
