We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Senior care assistant our Residential and Dementia Care Home, Housman Court. This 30 bedroom home is located in the heart of Bromsgrove and prides itself in providing the highest quality of care. We are recruiting for a Senior to join our team and become an integral part of our structure. There is a opportunity to further your knowledge in health and social care. We encourage NVQs and like to upskill our team members. We are a family orientated home, and believe in a good home/work life balance . Shifts worked will be 7pm-7am to include alternate weekends
Duties will include;
· Building relationships with local authorities and health professionals

· Maintaining clear and accurate medication records in the home

• Administer medication, assist on GP rounds,

. Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents
. Build positive professional relationship with residents families and friends
· Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
· Provide effective leadership
. Maintain detailed accurate care plans on electronic system
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.97 per hour
