We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team on Night Shifts, at our care 25 bed Care Home in Risca, providing exceptional care to our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, medication administration, possess leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues. You should possess a minimum Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care.
There are two shifts available (24 hrs per week) 7:15pm - 7:30am, worked between Monday and Sunday

• Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
• Provide high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained
