Here at The Valleys Care Home we’re recruiting Night Senior Care Assistants.
We are seeking Compassionate, Reliable staff to join our team who have excellent communication skills who are willing to work on their own or part of a team who is aware of the importance of meeting the residents needs, offering person-centred care whilst maintaining a good quality of life.

Duties Including:

• To ensure that the clients individual care needs are agreed and met and that the Home provides care services which enable an optimum quality of life.
• To help lead the care team and supervise all daily tasks.
• To support and liaise with relatives and outside agencies.
• Assist with washing and dressing.
