We are looking for a enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to work nights shift in our beautiful care home.
We are looking for someone with experience who wants to continually improve and develop their own skill set. The successfully individual needs to demonstrate they can manage a staff team and delegate efficiently. Be upbeat and able to think outside the box when it comes to using own initiative.
You must be able to:
· To provide leadership to the care staff within the service
· To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the direction of the Manager
· To supervise the care services within the organisation in accordance with agreed standards
To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may, from time-to-time, be required to maintain practices as up to date.
Be computer savvy and demonstrate good documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.25 per hour

Experience:

• providing care: 3 years (required)
• Senior Care Experience in a UK Care Home: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 3 & Safe Handling of Medication (required)
