About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant / Care Team Leader with NVQ Level 3 qualification to join our care home team in Leeds (LS26). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a team to support our residents’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Lead and supervise the care team during shifts, ensuring standards are consistently met.
• Support with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards.
• Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a care home setting is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Must be local to Leeds LS26.
• Flexible to work days and nights across a 36–48 hour contract.
