ABOUT US:

Aveland Court/Bliss Care is owned by two nurses who have extensive experience in care home operations. We are looking for a Team Leader/Senior Carer professional with excellent leadership and clinical expertise to join our team.
Our purpose is to deliver the best care for the residents. You will be a key player in making that happen on the front line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a team of care staff to provide person-centered care
• Support the care home manager with day-to-day operations and staff management
• Administer medications
• Ensure care plans are up to date and reflect the needs of residents
• Monitor and maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance
• Extremely good at communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of residents
• Be a role model for the team
• Promote a positive, supportive, and safe working environment
• A pleasant personality
