ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Care Assistant at Tezlom, you will play a key role in delivering person-centered care and supporting both residents and your care team. This position is perfect for those looking for flexible hours to fit around family commitments or those seeking to make a positive difference in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You’ll work up to full-time hours, and the shifts are flexible – whether you prefer early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends, we will work around your availability.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Provide support and guidance to the care team, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.
  • Medication: Administer medication as required, with proficiency and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, cooking, and providing companionship.
  • Supervision: Plan and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring the team functions efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Engagement: Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, promoting social interaction and well-being.
