Responsibilities
  • Effective Coordination: Work closely with Care Workers to ensure that Care and Support Plans are implemented efficiently.
  • Leadership: Act as a role model in delivering superior care and support, setting the standard for others.
  • Personal Care Assistance: Aid residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, with respect and dignity.
  • Social Engagement: Facilitate and encourage participation in social activities, enhancing residents’ quality of life.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medication and accurately document medical information as per protocols.
  • Supportive Oversight: Assist the Registered Manager in the continuous assessment and revision of Care and Support Plans.
