A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Care Assistant able to demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for the elderly in our small and friendly care home:

• To oversee / maintain the care of all Service Users and achieve high standards in care in a professional manner
• To effectively supervise care staff, in conjunction with the Manager
• To delegate tasks, supervise and monitor care practice of all junior Staff
• To promote best practice in all aspects of care delivery
• Safely administer medication
