Responsibilities

A ROLE WITH REAL IMPACTAND REAL FLEXIBILITY

This is more than a MondayFriday job. As a Senior Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping care that truly changes lives. From mentoring and supporting our brilliant Care Managers and working closely with the Registered Manager, to overseeing a small number of care packages yourself, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our care exceptional.
You’ll be working from home most of the time, but you’ll also get out and about visiting clients, staff, meeting the very people whose lives you’ll help transform. You will also be required to develop professional relationships, helping to grow the business
This role requires someone who is motivated, with an ability to work under pressure

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Deputising for the Registered Manageryou’re a trusted leader and role model
  • Guiding and mentoring a group of talented Care Managers
  • Managing a handful of complex care packages in your area
  • Reviewing referrals with our Business Development team and producing thoughtful assessment reports
  • Building warm, professional relationships with clients, families, and health professionals
  • Ensuring the care we deliver is safe, reliable, and always focused on outcomes that matter
  • Helping with recruitment, training, and ongoing support for our frontline support workers
  • Keeping care records accurate, timely, and client-centred

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • A Level 5 Diploma (or NVQ 4 or above) in Health and Social Care
  • A full UK driving licenceyou’ll need to travel to client visits when needed
  • A calm, confident approach with genuine compassion at the core
  • Experience at Team Leader level or above (previous management is a bonus!)
  • Brilliant communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A positive mindset and a commitment to high standards of care
