Requirements Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Georgia (unrestricted, non-probationary). Master’s degree from an accredited program. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with strong preference for geriatric, hospice, or home health background. Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain). Availability to work on-site in Sugar Hill and Grayson; occasional visits to additional locations may be required.
