IS IT TIME FOR SOMETHING NEW?
This is an exciting opportunity for someone already in a supervisor or senior carer role, or a carer with a L3 (or working towards) who is ready to step up into a leadership position. You must live locally/ be able to travel around 10 miles from Cranbrook.
Our Cranbrook office (servicing all areas within a 10-mile radius of Cranbrook) is growing and we are looking for someone to develop into a community support manager role as we build our team locally.
Initially, this role will be mostly care and community outreach to help us build up in the area. But we’ll also have some office time for you to learn from our senior team, and as we grow in the area, you will grow into the role of just supporting our carers and clients in the area and reporting to our Registered Manager.
This job will suit someone ambitious, flexible and looking to grow with the business. And most importantly, you must have excellent standards of care to help us preserve and build our outstanding reputation.
You will get free MOT once you pass probation, and receive as much training as you need - if you are working towards your L3 and want to transfer it here, we can fund it!
**We need you to be available for alternate weekends and share the on-call.
