We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those requiring additional care within a care home or private setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised care, ensuring comfort, and promoting independence while maintaining the dignity of those you serve.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in senior care or as a caregiver is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s licence is required for transportation duties.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in case management tasks.
• A caring disposition with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Assist with heavy lifting and mobility support for clients with limited physical capabilities.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment within the care home or client’s residence.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in case management and hospice care when necessary.
