The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, including experience with hospice care, medication administration, and case management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care while assisting with administrative tasks that facilitate smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in senior care or a related field, with a strong understanding of hospice care principles.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medication administration.
• Familiarity with case management processes and the ability to develop effective care plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with patients and their families.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative when required.
• Previous experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is highly desirable.
