Description
We are recruiting for Senior Cargo Account Executive for Hanoi, Vietnam. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s freight forwarder accounts. Developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale. It also includes gaining maximum value for the airline from any Agreements that exist between to the two parties. Accountabilities: · Develops and maintains long-term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s’ top local/global freight forwarders and shippers.in the assigned territory. · Prepares an account development plan to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term mutual benefits. · Contributes to the formulation and implementation of QR Cargo sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate divarication where needed. · Fully responsible for individual sales budgets and targets. · Ensure focus and activities prioritize high yield sales and profitability maximization. · Reviews QR Cargo sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities. · Uses Salesforce as the only CRM tool and makes sure account-related information is up-to-date. · Manages and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility. ▪Develops tactical sales activity in support of sales opportunities. · Maintain sales professionalism standards. · Provides regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors. · Represents QR Cargo at trade events, promotions and sales functions. · Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Together, everything is possible High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience Good understanding of QR Cargo’s systems and interpretation of available data. Able to spot and interpret market trends. Customer facing experience and experience in negotiating Experience in Cargo airline sales PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel. Influencing skills in order to deal with internal and external customers. You must have the legal rights to live and work in Vietnam to be considered for this role.
