Description
A. Responsible for the market access and sales of the product within carrier accounts, with 5 years or more of relevant industry experience. B. Responsible for collecting customer information from carrier group headquarters, establishing customer profiles, maintaining relationships with key account at the carrier headquarters, and expanding customer relationships with provincial branch companies of carriers. C. Responsible for planning and organizing promotional activities for company products and project initiatives; gathering intelligence on competitor's activities, and engaging in ecosystem development with entities such as design institutes, general contractors, and bidding companies. Position is based in Beijing. A. Bachelor's degree or higher. Sales personnel must possess strong customer relationship management skills, capable of establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Preference will be given to those with experience in related industries such as data centers and carriers. B. Strong communication skills, business development capabilities, and customer service orientation. C. Keen market insight, strong career motivation, sense of responsibility, and a positive work attitude. D. Resilient character, agile thinking, with good adaptability and ability to work under pressure. E. Willingness to travel domestically as required.
