ABOUT US
At United for Care, we support people with disability to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Our Home & Community team is about delivering consistent high quality care, we’re getting the foundations right so we can grow confidently.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn’t a traditional senior management role, it’s a hands-on position focused on sustaining an existing portfolio of 30+ NDIS participants and coordinating a team of 30 Disability Support Workers across NSW during a period of transition.
You’ll operate in a complex, fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be proactive, self-directed, and outcome-focused. Your priority is to maintain service continuity, ensure compliance, and provide structure and clarity through change.
You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll work closely with frontline staff and support internal coordination and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting Support Workers, helping them deliver consistent, high-quality, person-centred care.
