    Due to our continued growth and increasing client base, we are seeking applications to work in a dual role as a Case Manager and RTW Coordinator.

Working within our Claims Consulting team, day to day you will be:

  • Providing quality RTW and case management within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers Compensation
  • Supporting people to recover and RTW and pre-injury activities for both work related and non-work related injuries
  • Working to implement return to work plans in the workplaces, supporting workers as they recover at work
  • Assisting employers to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislation
  • Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

THE POSITION:

  • This is a unique dual role working as a Senior Case Manager in the Self Insurance industry whilst also managing RTW cases across a range of clients
  • This is a permanent part-time role working 4 days per week, however applicants seeking full time are still welcome to apply
  • NSW based candidate, ideally based in Western Sydney
  • Flexibility with hours and working from home, however able to complete onsite work as requested
  • Onsite presence required at client along with attending GP case conferences and workplace visits to develop RTW plans.
