The Salvation Army (Salvos) Doorways model of care provides holistic financial support to individuals and families seeking short term financial assistance and ongoing financial management support services. The Doorways Team provide person-centred trauma informed care, facilitate short-term financial assistance, and walk side-by-side with participants as they build the skills and knowledge to break the cycle of poverty.
About the role
As a Senior Case Worker, this is your opportunity to support the Regional Manager by providing operational management and supervision to a team of Case Workers within a region. The position will also be required to deliver some case work to support community members to meet their goals through community partnerships, collaboration, using case management as a tool.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a fixed-term position offering full-time hours until (END DATE), located in Darwin NT.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 5.
