Support efficient day to day service delivery as required, ensuring that case workers provide case management, assessment and referral, education and support in accordance with TSA and service guidelines. Provide support to the team ensuring a comprehensive participant-led, recovery-based service is provided. Service Delivery & Practice Oversee day to day operations of service delivery including: Implementation of service delivery processes and tools Quality service delivery meets the needs of client groups; for example, participant access, intake & assessment and admissions management/service delivery planning, and progress and outcomes for clients. Effective rostering and work allocation Provide clinical expertise to workers to resolve complex case management issues. Monitoring service performance targets and collaboratively identifying strategies to address issues with program manager. Identifying and escalating to manager/team risks of not meeting targets Monitor risk to clients, staff and TSA in service delivery, provide responses to incidents and manage in accordance with TSA / Government processes and escalate where required. Manage a client case load. Accurate client records are maintained for all clients and meet all funding body or legislative requirements. Promoting service user participation and evaluation Team Leadership Line management and supervision of volunteers and students (as required) Building productive relationships within the team Systems are implemented for clear communication and handover between staff. Reflective practices are implemented for the team and contribute to improved outcomes for clients. Develop the capability of the team through coaching and training. Monitor and contribute to the health, safety and wellbeing of the team. Practice Development & continuous improvement Reviewing data, evaluation and feedback on service delivery with the team Assisting with the frontline implementation and review of practice model/processes and implementation of change Ensuring service delivery data is recorded and appropriately maintained. Leading practice development for the team Build and maintain relationships within local community. Reporting to manager on progress against internal and external service delivery compliance requirements Minimum of Diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (AOD, Community Services, Case Management). Completed 4 AOD Skill Set Units (or willing to undertake/complete during employment). Minimum 2 years’ experience in, and knowledge of, AOD/gambling, community services and health sectors (preferably in a residential treatment setting). Demonstrated experience and ability to work with those impacted by substance abuse, gambling and mental health conditions. Experience working with people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background. Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and religions. Experience working in collaboration with other organisations.
