Flower Power is Australia’s largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group with 11 retail stores across Sydney and Newcastle regions. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of products such as plant-life, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares and giftware’s at our Centres.
We’re looking for a customer-focused Senior Cashier to join our vibrant Garden Centre in Mascot on a casual basis.
In this role, you’ll thrive both in a team setting and working independently. You take initiative, are hands-on, and bring positive energy to every interaction. As a key member of our team, you’ll often work autonomously, making confident decisions and ensuring seamless operations when working alone.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 2 years of experience with POS systems & cash handling
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Love for plants & working outdoors
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Confidence in working independently and making informed decisions
• Flexibility to work across retail hours - including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
