Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Casting & Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a key role that blends operational support, technical understanding, and client relationship management.
Acting as a central point of contact between our customers, orders team, and casting workshop, you will coordinate order processing, casting services, and customer communications to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate casting and order processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Manage product orders received via email or post.
  • Providing detailed estimates and quotes when required.
  • Maintain, manage and organise workflow within the department.
  • Support the sales team with enquiries from existing and new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on core systems.
  • Provide customers with relevant technical information and updates.
  • Review and process CAD files within strict deadlines.
