The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and coordination skills, ensuring the highest level of product data accuracy, consistency, and discoverability. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including category, brand, and vendor management, to ensure smooth onboarding of new products and maintenance of catalog integrity. You will play a key role in improving catalog efficiency, data quality, and customer experience through structured catalog operations and optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete cataloging process, from product data collection to enrichment and publishing across platforms. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data — including images, descriptions, attributes, specifications, and pricing. Collaborate with category managers, brand teams, and vendors for seamless new product onboarding and timely catalog updates. Develop and maintain standardized catalog management processes to improve operational efficiency and data consistency. Optimize product listings for SEO, discoverability, and enhanced customer engagement. Conduct regular audits to maintain catalog hygiene by identifying and resolving listing errors, duplicates, and mismatched attributes. Monitor product performance and listing analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with vendor management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and timely catalog submissions. Manage product lifecycle updates, including availability, inventory changes, and price modifications. Work closely with the technical and operations teams to streamline data integration and automate catalog workflows. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in product catalog or service catalog management, preferably in e-commerce or technology-driven industries. Strong understanding of product listing standards, taxonomy, and metadata management. Proficiency in handling large-scale catalog operations, including multi-platform product uploads and bulk data management. Expertise in tools and platforms related to cataloging, inventory management, and vendor onboarding. Solid analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related discrepancies efficiently. Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques to improve product visibility.
