Description
We are looking for a Senior Category & Growth Manager who will take full ownership of business categories and drive meaningful growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, with broad responsibility over business performance, strategy, and execution, working closely on a daily basis with Marketing, Product, Data, CRM, Operations, and Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, build smart growth initiatives, and mobilize the organization forward. Responsibilities Full ownership of a business category — including strategy, performance, growth, and results Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Operations Build category business and marketing plans from ideation through execution Deep analysis of customer behavior, funnels, pricing, and competition to support decision-making Lead decisions around pricing, promotions, messaging, and value propositions Identify and lead product launches and the creation of new sub-categories Measure and manage performance using KPIs, dashboards, and experiments Entrepreneurial work style: initiating ideas, running fast tests, learning, and continuous optimization Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Category, Growth, Marketing, or Product-Business roles Strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial thinking — able to build and drive initiatives end-to-end Deep understanding of Marketing, Product, and Business, and how to connect them Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business decisions Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead without formal authority High level of English
