Then this exciting position in Arla Denmark’s marketing department might be the right opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Senior Category Manager for the “Cheese, Butter, Cooking” categories in Arla Denmark. Your main focus area will be to identify, lead and drive a wide range of category opportunities across the Cheese, Butter and Cooking categories in collaboration with the brand managers. You will join a Marketing department with 50 strong and dedicated colleagues based in Aarhus (Viby) and report to the Category Director of ‘Cheese, BSM & Cooking’.

Responsibilities
  • Develop growth opportunities across categories by finding pockets of growth and white spots, and define a plan for how to pursue these opportunities
  • Be the category champion by understanding the full category, hence the development and dynamics from other players in the category, private label development, pricing development etc.
  • P&L owner; responsible for performance and development of the category, and develop short and long term corrective actions to ensure on-going growth
  • Ensure execution of category strategies and big bets relevant across the three categories
  • Sparring partner to the Category Director in terms of long term development of the categories and prioritization of new opportunities
  • Facilitate a close dialogue towards sales, to ensure timely alignment of customer opportunities and strong sales buy in on category opportunitie
