As Senior Category Manager Beauty, you take the lead in executing the sourcing strategy for Beauty packaging and formulations. This key role ensures we have the right suppliers, innovation capabilities, capacity, and cost structure to fuel Rituals’ growth. You will own the Beauty category end-to-end. You will collaborate closely with Innovation, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and our suppliers, ensuring we accelerate innovation while securing quality and operational excellence. You lead a team of three Buyers and report to the Head of Sourcing Cosmetics. Your responsibilities Category Strategy Execution (Category Management experience is a MUST). You are responsible for implementing our Sourcing strategy at category level from A to Z. Your expertise in category management, ideally built within cosmetics or premium FMCG, enables you to the action plan, managing internal & external stakeholders and monitor & report progress. Supplier Partnership & Innovation. You build and strengthen relationships with key global suppliers, fostering innovation in packaging and formulations, ensuring compliance, and mitigating supply risk. You are the owner of the supplier relationship. Negotiation & Contracting. You lead complex negotiations that drive value for Rituals, ensuring optimal terms, long-term scalability, and risk management. You oversee the full contract lifecycle.​​​ Cross-Functional Collaboration. You work closely with Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure category strategies enable our business goals. You provide critical early procurement input throughout the NPD process. Market Intelligence. You track market trends, materials, formulation developments, sustainability requirements, and shifts in capacities — translating these insights into category opportunities. Performance Management. You define and track KPIs around supplier performance, value creation, risk, and category growth. Team Leadership​​​​​​​. You lead a team of three Buyers, setting the right frameworks, empowering decision-making, and developing capabilities in line with Rituals’ values. Qualifications Must-haves Minimum 6 years of experience in Sourcing within cosmetics or FMCG, with proven category management experience (not just operational buying). Strong Cosmetics packaging and/or formulation understanding. Demonstrated ability to implement sourcing/supplier strategy and deliver value at scale. Master’s degree in Business or Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical field, or related. Skills that make you successful Strong influencing skills across senior stakeholders. Confidence in negotiation and contractual strategy. Ability to link data, insights, and strategy into clear recommendations. Experience with global supplier management.
