Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the category business plan aligned with The Visitors' strategic objectives, including performance monitoring and strategic alignment. Lead supplier negotiations (Joint Business Plan, stock returns), manage purchasing meetings, and oversee supplier relationships. Build and manage a competitive assortment across core and new categories / brands, including lifecycle management, listing / de-listing, and trend-based development. Conduct market and competitor benchmarking and analyze trends to inform category strategy and assortment decisions. Manage gross margins, category mix, store profitability, and inventory in collaboration with the supply chain. Plan and execute promotional calendars, brand activations, and new launches in coordination with internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Retail, and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Create tools and processes to enhance category performance and support commercial initiatives. Maximize additional income through initiatives like space selling and address commercial escalations effectively. Maintain ongoing communication and feedback loops with the Retail Team to ensure operational alignment. What You'll Need To Succeed A minimum of 3 years in a commercial role within the Retail or category management. Bachelor Degree, preferable in Business administration or Marketing. Fluent in Arabic and English Provide team with clear sense of direction, inspires and coordinates others and keep them focused on objectives Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
