Your responsibilities: Increasing sales and profit in the assigned category. Creating an optimal product offer and building the assortment structure in terms of strategy, pricing, quality – including preparing briefs for new products in line with market trends. Monitoring competitors’ activities and searching for new solutions and inspirations – both product- and trend-related – to develop new product categories. Cooperating with suppliers and with PGS purchasing offices in Europe and Asia. Cooperation with other departments such as planning, marketing, and logistics  Continuously improving sourcing processes and searching for alternative options – new markets, new suppliers – and cooperating with the sourcing office. Monitoring sales and stock levels. Developing the commercial offer and managing sales. Planning, organizing, and supervising the work of a subordinate employee.
