Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Catering Manager to oversee all operations of our catering unit, ensuring top-quality service, food standards, and customer satisfaction. The Catering Manager will lead and train catering staff, manage inventory, maintain food safety compliance, and coordinate service at events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience in catering management or food service.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of food safety regulations; HACCP certification preferred.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Work Environment: This is a fast-paced role that may require weekend and holiday hours, with some physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting equipment.
This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality, who can manage both people and operations to deliver exceptional catering experiences.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £18.00 per hour
