JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bring flavor and finesse to every event! As a Senior Catering Manager, you will lead catering operations with precision and creativity. You will forecast and plan, coordinate client needs, and ensure exceptional experiences from start to finish. Your expertise will shape successful events and strengthen client partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or event management
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in catering management software (e.g., Caterease, Tripleseat)
• ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred

• Oversee all catering operations and execution
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless delivery
• Maintain budgets and ensure cost control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Lead and develop catering staff
