Along with delivering menu’s to the highest standards, and to budget, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for individuals who can work a section and work as a key member of a busy team.
