THIS IS FOR OUR SHARJAH MUWAILEH CAFE LOCATION*

We are looking for a Hot Kitchen Chef (CDP) that will assist the kitchen staff, with dynamic kitchen Profession, who has ability to deliver extraordinary levels of Customer Services and provide creative ideas.
-Experience in Mediterranean, Asia, Oriental cuisine.
-Responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: -
· Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
· To maintain proper records of all the requirements are up to mark as per requirement.
· Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.
· Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
· Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
· Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
· Trains new kitchen employees to cafe and kitchen standards
· Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimizes waste
· Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Preference For “Male Candidate Only”
• Diploma in food production or relevant field Experience.
• At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a hot kitchen, handling Team as well.
• Proven experience pastry-making, baking or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, with proper.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
