Job Description: Work in MAP team on central government affairs, and keep good communication with health insurance related government departments and related customers according to division of departments; Promote and achieve healthcare and health-related access targets; Keep abreast of health insurance and health related policy trends, and conduct policy analysis. Responsible for the design and implementation of health insurance related projects, follow up, shape and safe operation of central health insurance policies. Good cooperation within the department and other departments of Ipsen China & HD. Achieve NRDL-related access targets. On behalf of the company, to maintain good communication and relationship with central level authorities, to get feedback of national reimbursement access policy to company; Understand the timing, proposal, criteria and process of NRDL and related policy, analysis and develop the products proposition, ensure reimbursement for all key products. Build up high-level platform, to seek strategic program for building positive company image. Keep follow up the related policy up to date with central level, understand the policy making background and process First time interpretation an analysis of released policies, as the same time to predict future trends with currently policy environment; Secure reimbursement for all key products by driving cross-functional NRDL activities and ensure no existing products get downgraded in new NRDL Make effort to list company products into NRDL by actively driving cross-functional product specific lobbying activities and working together with cross function teams to cover all related stakeholders according to NRDL plan Assist develop products proposition to deliver value message to stakeholders ;Seek strategic program with government for long term policy reserve; Engage HA, LMA and other functions to understand our strategy and action plan; Organize the cross function to discuss and get feedback to company management; Assist implementation of reimbursement strategy and plan, ensure all products payment in reasonable range; Keep updating key stakeholders mapping, identify who is the key stakeholder and influencer by different policy Investigate access to innovative health care payment pathways, such as commercial insurance, to create more access for existing and future products of Ipsen Central policy safety operation of Ipsen’s business Complete other related work scheduled by the line manager Knowledge, abilities & experience: 10+ year experience in pharmaceutical industry & government affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry (MNC preferred), work experience in related government departments can add value • Good customer relationship management • Bachelor degree or above, medical\medicine\medical insurance\healthy policy related major preferred Understanding of China healthcare system and well understanding of China medical insurance systems and policies • Strong interpersonal skill • Strong communication skill • Work experience in healthcare company, pharma preferred We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
