Facility: Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital Department: Oncology Schedule: Day-Shift | Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Salary: $22.24 - $31.00 per hour What You Will Do Elevate the patient experience by conducting warm clinical interviews, measuring precise vital signs, and ensuring treatment rooms are perfectly prepared, stocked, and welcoming. Deliver exceptional clinical support by performing essential laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging procedures—including venipuncture, EKGs, and X-rays—to give providers accurate, timely data for critical care decisions. Streamline the care journey by documenting real-time patient encounters, accurately transcribing diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions to ensure the care team is flawlessly aligned. Champion safety and accuracy by operating and running strict quality control checks on specialized diagnostic equipment, keeping our high standards of care intact. Empower the clinical team by serving as a go-to technical resource, offering training and guidance to peers on complex equipment and advanced procedures. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences - Oncology experience preferred.
