VALiNTRY is hiring a Certified Salesforce Administrator for a direct hire onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.
Position Discription
We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to oversee and manage our Salesforce CRM platform. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce ensuring reliable performance, delivering customized solutions, and enabling our teams to get the most out of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing support and resolving platform-related issues.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance for new features, updates, and customizations.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for Salesforce configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and other security settings to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Coordinate and manage the deployment of Salesforce updates and new releases.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams, especially front-line support staff, to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
  • Communicate upcoming release changes and enhancements to stakeholders, aligning with our broader adoption strategy.
  • Work closely with software and product teams to ensure Salesforce enhancements align with our broader system ecosystem.

Required Experience:
4+ years experince as a Salesforce Administator
3+ years expeirnce with Experince Cloud
3+ years of experince with Community Cloud

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Experience or Financial Services industry experience
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or other stem degree
