3 year full time, fixed term opportunity Play a key role in shaping and delivering change across the University’s Academic Excellence Program Base Salary $146,197 - $154,260 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Senior Change Analyst, Academic Excellence Program, you will contribute directly to one of the University’s flagship transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, consistency and impact across the academic lifecycle. You will provide expert analytical support and lead the operational delivery of change activities that enable successful adoption of reforms across faculties, schools and professional units. Working under broad direction, you will partner with the Senior Manager, Change, project teams and academic/business stakeholders to ensure the Academic Excellence Program is effectively embedded, scalable and sustainable across the University This role suits an experienced change practitioner who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by enabling positive and sustainable change. Your key responsibilities will be to: contribute to shaping and refining change delivery approaches to align with the University’s strategic vision execution of change activities, ensuring milestones, timeframes and resources are effectively managed lead assessments of change‑related risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies identify and address operational readiness gaps across academic and professional areas design and deliver targeted training and development to strengthen change capability and resilience drive stakeholder engagement by liaising with cross‑functional teams to support collaborative initiatives support reporting, integration, and compliance obligations across the Academic Excellence Program contribute to streamlining risk management, WHS practices, and preparation for internal evaluations. About you demonstrated experience delivering change management within large organisations, preferably in the higher education sector strong knowledge of change management methodologies and project management principles high‑level analytical, problem‑solving and data‑modelling capabilities proven ability to plan and manage the people, processes and systems aspects of change strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience industry‑recognised OCM certification such as PROSCI (desirable) Sponsorship / work rights for Australia You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
