Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Senior Change Analyst to be part of our Client Engagement / Change Management, Technology and Communication Services Command team. The change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of projects / programs. The role manages stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
Play a key role in shaping the future of public safety by supporting change initiatives across NSWPF. As a Senior Change Analyst, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of programs by conducting change assessments, analysis, documentation, and implementation—ensuring smooth transitions and strong stakeholder engagement.
Your work will help ensure the organisation is aligned and ready for change, ultimately supporting the operational effectiveness of front line teams and the communities they serve.
